For the most part I really like this clinic. The staff is always friendly and so is Dr Hansen. The issue I have with this clinic is the billing. I always end up with extra charges and have to constantly call to get things looked over. I have never had this experience with other dental clinics In the past. Its very unfortunate because the frustration of having to call and review charges constantly has made me look into switching to another dental office. The care Is good but the headache of being over charged constantly is not with it.

I have been going to Dr. Hansen for six years; I love this dental office! I recommend Dr. Hansen's office to anyone needing a dentist. All the hygienists are sweet and caring, and Dr. Hansen is awesome. I've had intense dental anxiety since I was 17 years old due to a poor experience. I've never felt more comfortable at a dentist.
Dr. Hansen and his team are very thorough. He saw a small cavity and tried to get it with a laser And didn’t think it needed to be numbed but when I began to feel discomfort the staff waited very patiently for my mouth to be all numbed up and he quickly got it filled and did the filling the same day as a regular cleaning, rather than make me come back for a separate appointment. I would highly recommend them!

I switched dentists about 1 1/2 years ago for my daughter because I was unhappy with the pediatric dentist in Kennewick, and Hansen family dental has been great, The staff and drs are all very friendly and they were even able to get her in the very same day because something happened with her scheduled appointment and it never got saved to the computer but they were still able to see my daughter. I saw Dr. Hansen for the first time this week. I had an issue with a tooth. I fully expected to have a root canal and crown. To my delight, he said it was not as bad as I thought and I just needed a filling. The entire staff is wonderful. They are friendly, kind and courteous. Dr Hansen, who is also wonderful, explained everything and answered questions I had about other concerns. I had to return the following day for the filling and a couple other quick things. Everything was taken care of professionally and quickly. There was no long wait in the waiting room. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Hansen and his staff!

I highly recommend Hansen Family Dental. I have dental anxiety,TMJ and it had been several years since I had done dental maintenance. The team here is kind, attentive, provides a very high level of service (incredible name recognition and amenities) and took my concerns seriously. I went in for some fillings and wound up with jaw pain (TMJ related) and they had me come back by same day for jaw massage and it helped so much!! We are currently working on aligning my bite to treat my TMD/TMJ and I think it is really helping to alleviate grinding and pain in my jaw. So glad I found this dental practice!

I recently was started on chemotherapy and Dr. Hansen was concerned about the effects that it would have on my teeth. So he made me a free fluoride tray. With a prescription for fluoride!

Went in for a crown today...Cindy , the assistant brought me back and was so nice to make sure I was comfortable and ready. Rachel, the hygienist who got me numb was super gentle and made sure to explain the entire process so I knew exactly what to expect. Dr. Hansen was quick and efficient and by far the best dentist I've ever been to. I was able to have my permanent crown done in the same visit and in less than 2 hours! I love going here. All the staff are friendly and polite. I'm able to be seen quickly and I'm usually in and out in about an hour or less depending on what I'm getting done (from check in time to walking out the door). Just took my baby there for her first visit and it went great. All the staff were helpful and made sure she was comfortable as well as me. The building is clean and comfortable both inside and out. They will always get you a price estimate when you want one. And will recommend other great places for any work they can't do on site. My fiance who hates dentists, loves it here.
Iv'e been going to Hansen Family Dental for over 5 years now. Dr Hansen and staff have helped me get a lot of work that I needed done. I had many crowns, cavities and a root canal. I was worried about how I was going to be able to get all of that done. We prioritized the procedures I needed, looked at what my insurance would cover annually, and over the course of years, it has now been completed! I am on a really good cleaning and maintenance schedule now, only! I even had braces during this time! My teeth are now very white, very straight, and I love my smile. I have recommended many coworkers to Hansen Family Dental, and they are also very pleased as well. The Dr. and entire staff are so welcoming, skilled, competent, and fun, I actually enjoy going to the Dentist!
I have been going to Dr. Hansen since March of 2007 and have had excellent care at every visit. The office arranges for you to have the same hygienist each time and all of them do a great job of cleaning your teeth. Dr. Hansen is the best dentist that I have ever gone to in my short 74 years. I am so excited today as I have had my first Laser Snoring Treatment (Fontana Light Walker NIGHTLASE). I will not lie, I DO snore (which keeps me from going (overnight with friends), and according to Bob, I snore LOUD and A LOT! Dr. Hansen of Hansen Dental Treatment Center in Pasco, WA is Educated and Certified in the field of Laser treatment for a variety of ailments. He has the very latest in laser equipment here in the Tri-Cities, WA. Within 3 months and 3 treatments I should have my snoring arrested! Did the laser treatment ?hurt?? Only mild discomfort but the treatment is so quick and non-invasive. How long was the treatment? 15-30 minutes. If this works, I will sing Dr. Hansen?s praises! I actually look forward to my visits to Hansen Family Dental. Dr. James Hansen and his staff have taken care of my dental needs for over five years and everyone has always greeted me with smiles and worked together as a happy and cohesive team, showing each other courtesy and respect while treating me like family. So, the word “Family” in the name of their business takes on real meaning. As a woman in her late 70s, my dental problems are not without challenges but Dr. Hansen and his staff have worked together to find the best solutions for me. Whether the procedure is a simple cleaning, filling or a root canal, my comfort is important to each one of them and I never feel tense or nervous. Their smiles are sincere and make me relax. In addition, their willingness to work out an affordable payment plan that works for me and enables me to get the care I need without undue hardship is greatly appreciated. As a child my wisdom teeth grew horizontally, pushing my other teeth forward. My wisdom teeth were removed when I was about 27 years old but over the years the bottom teeth drifted forward and caused so much crowding that it became almost impossible to floss. I could see that my gums were being affected and felt sorry for any hygienist that had to clean my teeth. I realize that healthy teeth and gums play an important part in my overall health so after asking about solutions to my problem, invisalign (virtually invisible alternative to braces) was suggested as a possibility. I hesitated because of my age, but realized that with people living longer these days, I could live another 20 years. So, the office staff helped me work out a payment plan that would work so that I could actually have my teeth straightened, something I had wanted to do for many years but didn’t think would be possible. It is exciting to see that, after just a few weeks, my teeth are already moving. Within a few months I won’t be biting the inside of my bottom lip anymore, will be able to floss and clean between all of my teeth, won’t have to feel sorry for the hygienist, won’t have the threat of gum disease, and I’m sure I’ll feel better about my smile. Thank you Dr. Hansen and each member of your staff for making it so pleasant to take care of my teeth! In addition, I thank you and your staff for your service and giving back to your community through your volunteering and distributing of toothbrushes, toothpaste, and dental floss to over a thousand low-income families each year that have sought help at the St. Vincent de Paul Food Bank in Pasco. I just have to write a review about Hansen Family Dental. I have had some really terrible experiences with dentists in the past and I am terrified of being drilled on. My overall experience from the moment I arrived to the cleaning and getting two crowns with two fillings I am impressed. They have all the newest, latest and greatest dental equipment with a beautiful office. They saved me time with my crowns; same day. No waiting for weeks to get them. They took in consideration my fears and me being nercous. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. With the massaging chair to lay back in and the care during the whole procedure, I am so happy that I have found this dental office. Thank you everyone at Hansen Family Dental. I had to have a new crown put in today, but it didn't hurt at all. It's amazing that Rocky could make the crown right away and it really looks nice. Dr. Hansen is so sweet and so very thorough. I was looking for a new dental office and am happy I found Hansen Family Dental. My first visit was pleasant and stress free. From the receptionist to the dental assistant, hygentist, and dentist, staff was courteous and professional. I will definitely go back for my dental health.
I had not been to a dentist in a long time but but the nagging voice in me said "go", I am so happy I chose Dr Hansen and his staff! They were great at putting me at ease and talked me through every step of getting started on a healthy new plan. Their office and exam rooms were clean and setup for maximum efficiency. I was off to a great new start of taking care of my dental needs within an hour. If you have any reservations about seeing a dentist check Dr. Hansen and his staff out, they are great.
I look forward to my dental visits because of the friendly staff that is also extremely professional. They feel like family and make sure I can afford to take care of my teeth/health! For the second time, I did not have any work that needed to be done. Yay! But, when I needed root canals or crowns, it was painless and affordable because I had taken advantage of the dental insurance they offered. When one of my root canals was a complicated and intricate one, Dr.Hansen didn't hesitate to recommend that I go to a root canal specialist. And, when my lower teeth were so crooked that I couldn't even floss, he and his staff were able to straighten them with invisible braces. It only took about six months, so I can now smile without being self-conscious about them. I was about 77 years old when they helped me with that and now at 80, I smile from ear to ear! Thank you, Dr. Hansen and your team for your expertise and caring!

There is no unnecessary work. They work with you financially. All the staff is friendly, wonderful, and helpful. They can get you estimates on whatever you need and come up with a plan before doing any work. My husband hadn't been to a dentist in years and needed to be seen right away for a problem and they were able to see him and tell him what needed to be done that day. There is hardly ever a wait time (even when we walked in for immediate care without an appointment). Love them. Worth every penny!

I'm seeing Dr. Hansen because of a fall on July 3rd when I broke several teeth. We had to wait 6 weeks to begin restorations because I had some facial fractures that needed to heal first. Today we planned exactly what needs to be done, smoothed a couple of teeth that were rough and took X-rays and impressions. I am very pleased with the professionalism of Dr. Hansen and his entire staff applied with a genuine interest in my well being. I feel like they care about my concerns as a person, not just a patient. Awesome dentist and staff. Really can't say enough good things about them so far.
Free exam with no strings attached. Dr Hansen was honest about a procedure he did not feel comfortable performing. I was told I needed a root canal, and was referred to either of two Endodontist practices in the area. Since my insurance would not cover it, I wanted to shop around for a less expensive alternative, so I contacted Hansen Family Dental to get a quote. I was told to come in for a free exam to see if the procedure could be done by Dr Hansen, with no strings attached, even if I decided not to have it done there. They gave me an appointment almost immediately. I met with Dr Hansen, his friendly assistant took an x-ray of the tooth, he studied the x-ray and said he really couldn't see much to indicate the need for a root canal...wow, imagine that, someone honestly telling you that you might not need a really expensive procedure! However, he did further testing (heat/cold, tapping) and determined that I probably did need the root canal after all, but he did not feel comfortable doing it since it was a molar and it could be tricky due to a possible third nerve. He then suggested I contact either of the Endodontists who specialize in this, so I did. All in all it was a very positive experience, and I found Dr Hansen and his staff to be extremely helpful, professional and friendly, and his honesty was rather refreshing. As stated, this visit cost me nothing! Thank you, Hansen Family Dental.

A couple of times, I needed emergency care Dr. Hansen was there. One of the best qualities Dr. Hansen has, is that he provides options for his patients. He will give you all of the possibilities for treatment and when asked, he will provide you with the best option. I have been seeing him for several years now and I have never had an unpleasant experience with Dr. Hansen or any of his excellent staff. I would say he has the best team of professionals out there. When you are in the chair, you feel like you are the only one there. So professional and personable. They do their own crowns right there and they are quality. The excellent service continues! I have been going to Hansen Family Dental since 03/27/07 and the care just keeps improving. Dr. Hansen used laser on me on Tuesday and it was awesome. Every staff member who has helped me over the last 10+ years has been very compassionate and efficient - mainly because that is how Doctor is. The atmosphere is always very relaxing, thanks in part to the massage chairs! I would highly recommend that you call Dr. Hansen.

Consistently wonderful service! I have been going to Hansen Family Dental since March of 2007 and it is more like a family than a business. The schedule is arranged so that you get the same hygienist each time and the same dentist. You are given a "proposed treatment plan" each time that you need further work done, so that you know what to expect. I highly recommend them!

Professional and looking out for your best interests! First time with Hansen Family Dental as I am a new patient. Best experience I have ever had as the staff was very professional and attentive to any needs or questions I had. The dentist was great going over my information from my previous Dentist office as well as anything he saw in my new x-rays/examination. I am like a lot of others we just feel un easy going to the dentist to have check ups or work done. I was not un easy though they made me feel like family and I will stay with this dentist office as long as my insurance doesn't change again. Awesome experience I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist!

I have never had a better dental experience. From the time I walked through the door, throughout my exam until I walked out the door...these people are top notch!!!! I had to have a crown and three cavities filled. I settled into the massage chair and put on my head set, leaned back and watched Netflix! I had some horrible experiences as a child with a small town dentist and have been afraid ever since. No more! The staff is kind and attentive. Doc is very gentle and explains what he is going to do in detail. I feel comfortable here and would highly recommend Hansen Family Dental!!

Very professional and friendly staff and Dr. Hansen taking his time to explain his Dental philosophy was a bonus. I'm not sure a dentist has ever taken a minute to explain the reasoning behind their recommendations. In my prior experiences the dentist is always in and out of the exam room as fast as they can.

The best in Tri Cities!! I can honestly say that when I first went to Hansen Dental I was weary about just going to any dentist office as I have had some real bad experiences in the past. As soon as I walked in the door the front end staff welcomed me with a warm welcome! My Hygienist was and still is "Mitch". She is TOTALLY AWESOME!! She mad me feel comfortable from the moment she walked into the room! Mitch is ALL about customer service! I had my first cleaning as an adult with no shots!! Again I stayed away from the dentist office in the past due to bad dental services. Mitch actually cleaned my teeth and when she was done I asked her "if she had cleaned my teeth yet?" She giggled and said yes! I was amazed! I did it! I got my teeth cleaned with no shots! All's I can say is...I highly recommend everyone to come and see for yourselves how professional the staff is and how caring they all are! Thank you Hansen Dental.
The staff is the absolute top of the line! Wether it's Beth at the front desk, or hygenists Rocky and Yesenia in the exam room, they are always friendly, welcoming, caring, sincere and fun Dr. Hansen and his wonderful staff have taken excellent care of me! I had to have a lot of work done and was not looking forward to it. The office helped me get it done over the coarse of a couple years. Moved from Idaho to Washington. Dr. Hansen and crew made the transition easy. Had a crown done this morning. From the time I walked in everyone was professional and courteous to my needs. Never been to a place that makes your permanent crown why your there. I recommend this place highly.

I just have to write a review about Hansen Family Dental. I have had some really terrible experiences with dentists in my past and I am terrified of being drilled on. My overall experience from the moment I arrived to the cleaning and getting 2 crowns with 2 fillings I am impressed. They have all the newest latest and greatest dental equipment with a beautiful office. They saved me time with my crowns, same day no waiting for weeks to get them. They took in consideration my fears and me being nervous. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. With the massaging chair to lay back in and the care during the whole procedure I am so happy that I have found this dental office. Thank you to everyone at Hansen Family Dental. I would definitely recommend them!

Yet the service, and the attitude of the people- friendly, patient, caring- has remained consistent. In addition, Dr. Hansen seems to continually re-invest in his practice. They update equipment and approaches, leaving me with the impression that they stay on-track with improving dental techniques. Just a couple of examples that have helped me personally: they have CEREC equipment (think, "new pieces for your tooth- carved automatically in-office by a machine- from pictures of your teeth"), and they keep a person on-staff specifically to help patients figure out, ahead of time, what procedures might cost, and to help after-the-fact with any details that are needed by insurance companies, etc. MOST impressive of all, though- because it takes even more than just re-investing money- is the attitude that Dr. Hansen and his staff seem to cultivate in the office. They somehow seem to travel through the years as a cohesive and well-knit operation. I've always been impressed when I saw businesses, or doctors, who were like that at a particular POINT in time- but to stay like that over a number of years is, IMO, a pretty noteworthy achievement. Needless to say, I think this is a great place to go. I live W of Columbia Mall, and they’re in Pasco- near road 68. So, it takes me maybe 20 mins to get there. But for me, it’s well worth the trip. I get a dentist who does great work, staff who treat me very well, and teeth that get better and better over the years- as I’ve been able to address older repairs done back in the 70s and earlier. I follow their suggestions, my teeth seem to stay healthy, and so, currently, I’m a very happy camper. I’ve definitely benefited from their care.

For the most part I really like this clinic. The staff is always friendly and so is Dr Hansen. The issue I have with this clinic is the billing. I always end up with extra charges and have to constantly call to get things looked over. I have never had this experience with other dental clinics In the past. Its very unfortunate because the frustration of having to call and review charges constantly has made me look into switching to another dental office. The care Is good but the headache of being over charged constantly is not with it.

I have been going to Dr. Hansen for six years; I love this dental office! I recommend Dr. Hansen's office to anyone needing a dentist. All the hygienists are sweet and caring, and Dr. Hansen is awesome. I've had intense dental anxiety since I was 17 years old due to a poor experience. I've never felt more comfortable at a dentist.
Dr. Hansen and his team are very thorough. He saw a small cavity and tried to get it with a laser And didn’t think it needed to be numbed but when I began to feel discomfort the staff waited very patiently for my mouth to be all numbed up and he quickly got it filled and did the filling the same day as a regular cleaning, rather than make me come back for a separate appointment. I would highly recommend them!

I switched dentists about 1 1/2 years ago for my daughter because I was unhappy with the pediatric dentist in Kennewick, and Hansen family dental has been great, The staff and drs are all very friendly and they were even able to get her in the very same day because something happened with her scheduled appointment and it never got saved to the computer but they were still able to see my daughter. Im glad we made the switch!

Having since moved out of state, every dentist I have gone to since has commented on how excellent of a job my previous dentist (Dr.Hansen) had done. I get comments such as “who ever did your previous fillings did a phenomenal job, they look excellent.” And “your previous dentist knew exactly what he was doing. Most people aren’t as lucky to find such a good dentist.” If you are looking for the best dentist in town, Dr.Hansen is your guy. His work proves itself, and I am happy to have been able to have him as my dentist.
I had a very painful dental emergency and Dr Hansen and his staff were so kind, fast, sincere and compassionate about getting me taken care of right away and gave me the right direction of solving my dental issue (which was taken care of that day). I fully trust Hansen Family Dental for all our dental needs and so do my children and grandchildren!! They seriously make us feel like Family because they care! Highly recommend for their outstanding and exceptional service!

I saw Dr. Hansen for the first time this week. I had an issue with a tooth. I fully expected to have a root canal and crown. To my delight, he said it was not as bad as I thought and I just needed a filling. The entire staff is wonderful. They are friendly, kind and courteous. Dr Hansen, who is also wonderful, explained everything and answered questions I had about other concerns. I had to return the following day for the filling and a couple other quick things. Everything was taken care of professionally and quickly. There was no long wait in the waiting room. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Hansen and his staff!

I called yesterday to tell them I had a crown fall out and was told they could get me in right away (very next morning). I highly recommend Hansen Family Dental. I have dental anxiety,TMJ and it had been several years since I had done dental maintenance. The team here is kind, attentive, provides a very high level of service (incredible name recognition and amenities) and took my concerns seriously. I went in for some fillings and wound up with jaw pain (TMJ related) and they had me come back by same day for jaw massage and it helped so much!! We are currently working on aligning my bite to treat my TMD/TMJ and I think it is really helping to alleviate grinding and pain in my jaw. So glad I found this dental practice!

I have been going here for many years. Great customer service and excellent staff who care about your comfort and wellbeing. I recently was started on chemotherapy and Dr. Hansen was concerned about the effects that it would have on my teeth. So he made me a free fluoride tray. With a prescription for fluoride!

Went in for a crown today...Cindy , the assistant brought me back and was so nice to make sure I was comfortable and ready. Rachel, the hygienist who got me numb was super gentle and made sure to explain the entire process so I knew exactly what to expect. Dr. Hansen was quick and efficient and by far the best dentist I've ever been to. I was able to have my permanent crown done in the same visit and in less than 2 hours! 10/10 would recommend! Literally never had a bad experience. I moved from California about 3 years ago and was referred here by a former employee and I’ve never looked back. Dr. Hansen is professional and brings a sense of care to his practice that is rare to find this day and age. All the staff that I’ve ever came into contact with is always smiling and very very sweet. Dr. Hansen and his staff are terrific! I had always been afraid of dentists, but not any more. I have been going to him since March of 2007 and he has never hurt me at all. They try to arrange it so that you have the hygenist each time and I love Mitch! Their prices are very reasonable.

I love going here. All the staff are friendly and polite. I'm able to be seen quickly and I'm usually in and out in about an hour or less depending on what I'm getting done (from check in time to walking out the door). Just took my baby there for her first visit and it went great. All the staff were helpful and made sure she was comfortable as well as me. The building is clean and comfortable both inside and out. They will always get you a price estimate when you want one. And will recommend other great places for any work they can't do on site. My fiance who hates dentists, loves it here.
Iv'e been going to Hansen Family Dental for over 5 years now. Dr Hansen and staff have helped me get a lot of work that I needed done. I had many crowns, cavities and a root canal. I was worried about how I was going to be able to get all of that done. We prioritized the procedures I needed, looked at what my insurance would cover annually, and over the course of years, it has now been completed! I am on a really good cleaning and maintenance schedule now, only! I even had braces during this time! My teeth are now very white, very straight, and I love my smile. I have recommended many coworkers to Hansen Family Dental, and they are also very pleased as well. The Dr. and entire staff are so welcoming, skilled, competent, and fun, I actually enjoy going to the Dentist!

I am so excited today as I have had my first Laser Snoring Treatment (Fontana Light Walker NIGHTLASE). I will not lie, I DO snore (which keeps me from going (overnight with friends), and according to Bob, I snore LOUD and A LOT! Dr. Hansen of Hansen Dental Treatment Center in Pasco, WA is Educated and Certified in the field of Laser treatment for a variety of ailments. He has the very latest in laser equipment here in the Tri-Cities, WA. Within 3 months and 3 treatments I should have my snoring arrested! Did the laser treatment ?hurt?? Only mild discomfort but the treatment is so quick and non-invasive. How long was the treatment? 15-30 minutes. If this works, I will sing Dr. Hansen?s praises! I actually look forward to my visits to Hansen Family Dental. Dr. James Hansen and his staff have taken care of my dental needs for over five years and everyone has always greeted me with smiles and worked together as a happy and cohesive team, showing each other courtesy and respect while treating me like family. So, the word “Family” in the name of their business takes on real meaning. As a woman in her late 70s, my dental problems are not without challenges but Dr. Hansen and his staff have worked together to find the best solutions for me. Whether the procedure is a simple cleaning, filling or a root canal, my comfort is important to each one of them and I never feel tense or nervous. Their smiles are sincere and make me relax. In addition, their willingness to work out an affordable payment plan that works for me and enables me to get the care I need without undue hardship is greatly appreciated. As a child my wisdom teeth grew horizontally, pushing my other teeth forward. My wisdom teeth were removed when I was about 27 years old but over the years the bottom teeth drifted forward and caused so much crowding that it became almost impossible to floss. I could see that my gums were being affected and felt sorry for any hygienist that had to clean my teeth. I realize that healthy teeth and gums play an important part in my overall health so after asking about solutions to my problem, invisalign (virtually invisible alternative to braces) was suggested as a possibility. I hesitated because of my age, but realized that with people living longer these days, I could live another 20 years. So, the office staff helped me work out a payment plan that would work so that I could actually have my teeth straightened, something I had wanted to do for many years but didn’t think would be possible. It is exciting to see that, after just a few weeks, my teeth are already moving. Within a few months I won’t be biting the inside of my bottom lip anymore, will be able to floss and clean between all of my teeth, won’t have to feel sorry for the hygienist, won’t have the threat of gum disease, and I’m sure I’ll feel better about my smile. Thank you Dr. Hansen and each member of your staff for making it so pleasant to take care of my teeth! In addition, I thank you and your staff for your service and giving back to your community through your volunteering and distributing of toothbrushes, toothpaste, and dental floss to over a thousand low-income families each year that have sought help at the St. Vincent de Paul Food Bank in Pasco. You set a great example of caring about your neighbors in need. You are a dentist I can highly recommend as I know your staff reflects your values!

I just have to write a review about Hansen Family Dental. I have had some really terrible experiences with dentists in the past and I am terrified of being drilled on. My overall experience from the moment I arrived to the cleaning and getting two crowns with two fillings I am impressed. They have all the newest, latest and greatest dental equipment with a beautiful office. They saved me time with my crowns; same day. No waiting for weeks to get them. They took in consideration my fears and me being nercous. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. With the massaging chair to lay back in and the care during the whole procedure, I am so happy that I have found this dental office. Thank you everyone at Hansen Family Dental. I had to have a new crown put in today, but it didn't hurt at all. It's amazing that Rocky could make the crown right away and it really looks nice. Dr. Hansen is so sweet and so very thorough. I was looking for a new dental office and am happy I found Hansen Family Dental. My first visit was pleasant and stress free. From the receptionist to the dental assistant, hygentist, and dentist, staff was courteous and professional. I will definitely go back for my dental health.
I had not been to a dentist in a long time but but the nagging voice in me said "go", I am so happy I chose Dr Hansen and his staff! They were great at putting me at ease and talked me through every step of getting started on a healthy new plan. Their office and exam rooms were clean and setup for maximum efficiency. I was off to a great new start of taking care of my dental needs within an hour. If you have any reservations about seeing a dentist check Dr. Hansen and his staff out, they are great.
I look forward to my dental visits because of the friendly staff that is also extremely professional. They feel like family and make sure I can afford to take care of my teeth/health! For the second time, I did not have any work that needed to be done. Yay! But, when I needed root canals or crowns, it was painless and affordable because I had taken advantage of the dental insurance they offered. When one of my root canals was a complicated and intricate one, Dr.Hansen didn't hesitate to recommend that I go to a root canal specialist. And, when my lower teeth were so crooked that I couldn't even floss, he and his staff were able to straighten them with invisible braces. It only took about six months, so I can now smile without being self-conscious about them. I was about 77 years old when they helped me with that and now at 80, I smile from ear to ear! Thank you, Dr. Hansen and your team for your expertise and caring!

There is no unnecessary work. They work with you financially. All the staff is friendly, wonderful, and helpful. They can get you estimates on whatever you need and come up with a plan before doing any work. My husband hadn't been to a dentist in years and needed to be seen right away for a problem and they were able to see him and tell him what needed to be done that day. There is hardly ever a wait time (even when we walked in for immediate care without an appointment). Love them. Worth every penny!

I'm seeing Dr. Hansen because of a fall on July 3rd when I broke several teeth. We had to wait 6 weeks to begin restorations because I had some facial fractures that needed to heal first. Today we planned exactly what needs to be done, smoothed a couple of teeth that were rough and took X-rays and impressions. I am very pleased with the professionalism of Dr. Hansen and his entire staff applied with a genuine interest in my well being. I feel like they care about my concerns as a person, not just a patient. Awesome dentist and staff. Really can't say enough good things about them so far.
Free exam with no strings attached. Dr Hansen was honest about a procedure he did not feel comfortable performing. I was told I needed a root canal, and was referred to either of two Endodontist practices in the area. Since my insurance would not cover it, I wanted to shop around for a less expensive alternative, so I contacted Hansen Family Dental to get a quote. I was told to come in for a free exam to see if the procedure could be done by Dr Hansen, with no strings attached, even if I decided not to have it done there. They gave me an appointment almost immediately. I met with Dr Hansen, his friendly assistant took an x-ray of the tooth, he studied the x-ray and said he really couldn't see much to indicate the need for a root canal...wow, imagine that, someone honestly telling you that you might not need a really expensive procedure! However, he did further testing (heat/cold, tapping) and determined that I probably did need the root canal after all, but he did not feel comfortable doing it since it was a molar and it could be tricky due to a possible third nerve. He then suggested I contact either of the Endodontists who specialize in this, so I did. All in all it was a very positive experience, and I found Dr Hansen and his staff to be extremely helpful, professional and friendly, and his honesty was rather refreshing. As stated, this visit cost me nothing! Thank you, Hansen Family Dental.

A couple of times, I needed emergency care Dr. Hansen was there. One of the best qualities Dr. Hansen has, is that he provides options for his patients. He will give you all of the possibilities for treatment and when asked, he will provide you with the best option. I have been seeing him for several years now and I have never had an unpleasant experience with Dr. Hansen or any of his excellent staff. I would say he has the best team of professionals out there. Consistently wonderful service! I have been going to Hansen Family Dental since March of 2007 and it is more like a family than a business. The schedule is arranged so that you get the same hygienist each time and the same dentist. You are given a "proposed treatment plan" each time that you need further work done, so that you know what to expect. I highly recommend them!

I have never had a better dental experience. From the time I walked through the door, throughout my exam until I walked out the door...these people are top notch!!!! I had to have a crown and three cavities filled. I settled into the massage chair and put on my head set, leaned back and watched Netflix! I had some horrible experiences as a child with a small town dentist and have been afraid ever since. No more! The staff is kind and attentive. Recently, my daughter had some tooth pain so I called and they saw us within the hour, completed the work, and sent us on our way! As a person with severe anxiety in the dentist chair, I have always been made to feel comfortable here. They are kind, caring, professional and just a top notch team. Great staff I am so pleased with the service I received today! I have never been to an office that makes scheduling an appointment because of extreme pain so easy they were able to get me in an hour after I called. Then to top it off they were able to fix my issue that same day!

So polite and friendly. Clean, efficient and helpful. Even when my hygienist was down and out today she was professional and friendly. She took care of my mouth without complaining about her leg/ankle/ foot. Not really sure why she had crutches and a little scooter, but she was a blessing to me even when she might have felt like just sitting down.
My Mom's dentures were broke in half. She hadn't seen a dentist in years. I did not know where to go. My first thought was to stop at the dental office I pass a lot. I walked in thinking I'd get a referral, but they were my answer. I handed over the two broken dentures parts, and I picked them up the next day in one piece. I'll get them back to my Mom tomorrow. I was referred to Hansen Dental by a co-worker. I'm glad I took her word and decided to switch dental offices. Very professional and friendly staff and Dr. Hansen taking his time to explain his Dental philosophy was a bonus. I'm not sure a dentist has ever taken a minute to explain the reasoning behind their recommendations. In my prior experiences the dentist is always in and out of the exam room as fast as they can.
Truly the best in Tricities, Dr. Hansen! Just can't say enough about this dentist and his staff. They are the best and never fail to calm my whole family in every dental situation. Been going here for 8 years and never had a bad experience.
Doctor Hansen is a great dentist that very much cares for his patients. His work is top notch and his staff is great. Beth and Vanessa at the front desk are both top of the line great people. I give the Dr. and his staff my highest recommendation.
I highly recommend Hanson Dental. Very well trained and professional team and that reflects on Dr. Hanson. I was so comfortable there after an adolescence with horrible dental experiences. I had two crowns done in a day (they do them in house) and watched Netflex in a massage chair!! I was very relaxed and had an excellent outcome! This is your dentist!!!
The best! First time I have actually "loved" my dentist. Dr. Hansen makes me laugh and feel totally comfortable. His staff is amazing. My wife and I recently moved to the Tri-Cities and after researching several dentist over the internet, decided to try, The Hansen Family Dentist. Going to the dentist can be very stress full, but after several visits I think choosing Dr. Hansen has been a good decision. A complete evaluation was completed and my dental insurance coverage validated, and a plan was put together to complete all the needed work. I was very impressed with his up to date dental operation, very professional staff, and the high quality of work received. Thank you Dr. Hansen and to all your staff.

The best in Tri Cities!! I can honestly say that when I first went to Hansen Dental I was weary about just going to any dentist office as I have had some real bad experiences in the past. As soon as I walked in the door the front end staff welcomed me with a warm welcome! My Hygienist was and still is "Mitch". She is TOTALLY AWESOME!! She mad me feel comfortable from the moment she walked into the room! Mitch is ALL about customer service! I had my first cleaning as an adult with no shots!! Again I stayed away from the dentist office in the past due to bad dental services. Mitch actually cleaned my teeth and when she was done I asked her "if she had cleaned my teeth yet?" She giggled and said yes! I was amazed! I did it! I got my teeth cleaned with no shots! All's I can say is...I highly recommend everyone to come and see for yourselves how professional the staff is and how caring they all are! Thank you Hansen Dental.
The staff is the absolute top of the line! Wether it's Beth at the front desk, or hygenists Rocky and Yesenia in the exam room, they are always friendly, welcoming, caring, sincere and fun Dr. Hansen and his wonderful staff have taken excellent care of me! I had to have a lot of work done and was not looking forward to it. The office helped me get it done over the coarse of a couple years. My teeth and gums are now healthy and I've been able to move on to exciting cosmetic procedures like whitening and braces. Thanks Dr. Hansen and staff for helping me get my best smile possible!

Moved from Idaho to Washington. Dr. Hansen and crew made the transition easy. Had a crown done this morning. From the time I walked in everyone was professional and courteous to my needs. Never been to a place that makes your permanent crown why your there. I recommend this place highly.

Dr Hansen has been my dentist for almost 9 years. He is a fabulous dentist! His office staff, his assistants, everyone in the building is super friendly and I always feel very welcome there. He provides high quality dental care and he has really helped my husband get over his fear of doing to the dentist! Very highly recommend!

I just have to write a review about Hansen Family Dental. I have had some really terrible experiences with dentists in my past and I am terrified of being drilled on. My overall experience from the moment I arrived to the cleaning and getting 2 crowns with 2 fillings I am impressed. They have all the newest latest and greatest dental equipment with a beautiful office. They saved me time with my crowns, same day no waiting for weeks to get them. They took in consideration my fears and me being nervous. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. With the massaging chair to lay back in and the care during the whole procedure I am so happy that I have found this dental office. Thank you to everyone at Hansen Family Dental. I would definitely recommend them!

In those five years, they changed to a brand-new office, and a few staff people moved to other cities, so new ones appeared. Yet the service, and the attitude of the people- friendly, patient, caring- has remained consistent. In addition, Dr. Hansen seems to continually re-invest in his practice. They update equipment and approaches, leaving me with the impression that they stay on-track with improving dental techniques. Just a couple of examples that have helped me personally: they have CEREC equipment (think, "new pieces for your tooth- carved automatically in-office by a machine- from pictures of your teeth"), and they keep a person on-staff specifically to help patients figure out, ahead of time, what procedures might cost, and to help after-the-fact with any details that are needed by insurance companies, etc. MOST impressive of all, though- because it takes even more than just re-investing money- is the attitude that Dr. Hansen and his staff seem to cultivate in the office. They somehow seem to travel through the years as a cohesive and well-knit operation. I've always been impressed when I saw businesses, or doctors, who were like that at a particular POINT in time- but to stay like that over a number of years is, IMO, a pretty noteworthy achievement. Needless to say, I think this is a great place to go. I live W of Columbia Mall, and they’re in Pasco- near road 68. So, it takes me maybe 20 mins to get there. But for me, it’s well worth the trip. I get a dentist who does great work, staff who treat me very well, and teeth that get better and better over the years- as I’ve been able to address older repairs done back in the 70s and earlier. I follow their suggestions, my teeth seem to stay healthy, and so, currently, I’m a very happy camper. I’ve definitely benefited from their care.
